Count and Market Summary Downloads
Shared Mail Program Counts and Market Summaries are available for download to approved clients in Microsoft Excel file format. Before downloading a file, you must first obtain a password from your MailSouth Account Representative. Once you have a password, select the file to download from the chart at right and enter the password when prompted.
NOTE: If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Excel is installed, the Excel file download will not be saved directly to disk. Instead, Excel will launch and the download file will be opened directly in Excel. Under these circumstances, you will probably encounter an error message in Excel, stating that the file can not be modified. This is to be expected, and you should acknowledge the error message by clicking the OK button. Once the file opens in Excel, choose Save As from the File menu to save the file on a local drive or floppy.s
